That was an interesting piece. So, I decided to "Google" the following for EXACT Definitions as I know it can be a little confusing.
What is a Browser? Answer: Surfing the web is made possible by Web browsers. Browsers are basically software programs that allow you to search for and view various kinds of information on the Web, such as web sites, video, audio, etc. The Most Popular Web Browsers Here are just a few of Web browsers available to you for a free download:
What is The Difference Between a Search Engine and a Browser? Answer: A browser is a piece of software that runs on your PC. Examples are Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera and Firefox. The browser allows you, via a connection to the internet via your Internet service provider, to access web pages stored on computers (servers) that are connected to the internet. A search engine is a piece of application software that sits on a powerful computer (a server) on the Internet. This computer stores information about where web pages are stored on the internet. What is Google? Answer: Google search is aweb search engine owned by Google, Inc., and is the most-used search engine on the Web. ... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_(search_service) What is Google Chrome? Answer: Google Chrome is a web browser developed by Google and based on the WebKit layout engine and application framework. ... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Chrome Do you see it now everyone? Google is brilliant. This is marketing at your finest, if I may say so. They created this YouTube video to promote their new WEB BROWSER (Google Chrome platform), so everyone is right now, 'cause they do both --- They are NOT just a search engine anymore, no siree, THEY ARE NOW a Web Browser too)! Have a great one today, everyone! JMB |

Wow...this is really stupid. (no, not the people in the video...but the ones who would actually make something like this into a big deal).
Not everyone lives and dies by the online world and its terms. Geeks FTW! Was this video made by Michael Moore? |

If you think thats stupid, did you ever read any of those lists of stupid responses that tech support people have had when dealing with technologically challenged people on support calls? Like the lady that thought the CD drive was a cupholdher. LOL
