I do not see why anybody would pay the prices now for cell service. My Wife and I have Virgin Mobil Smart phones with no data plan, we have unlimited talk and text for $25.00 per month. Almost anywhere we go there is wifi so why would I pay for data. If I am somewhere that does not have wifi I probably do not need to be on the internet or I can wait. I see the younger crowd paying hundreds a month, or mommy and daddy are paying that, just to be on facebook.

EXACTLY. Anything else is just overkill. So too are the prices being charged for Apple and Samsung phones. My Motorola is a stylish looking smart phone that offers all the features I could possibly need; the same goes for my hubbie's Nokia and the cost: just $25/month.

I'm rolling with unlimited data, unlimited text, unlimited minutes, and 4GB of 4G LTE data for $30 a month per line through Boost. 2 lines plus taxes runs me $64 a month and some change.
