[Closed] I had only an account on fiverr

Hello! All,

I has got this mail from fiver team

"Your account has been permanently disabled for violations to our Terms of Service. To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is also cause for permanent suspension of all accounts.

You are welcome to contact us again in 45 days to inquire about any orders or revenues you may have left in your account."

Note: I had $211 in my account, Will fiverr back my money? Please help me.

    It is indicated in their email, so contact them after 45days if you have any funds in it, they will refund you.

    Also if you can try to contact them in a polite way to prove you did not break their rules as indicated. Maybe a good explanation will get your account re-activated.

    If you are innocent, you can prove to them with proper and aggressive explanations. Secondly, since they have mentioned about the revenues, they will return you. But tbh, I have worked on different freelancing platforms and have heard similar stories; and the bad news is they JUST never return your money. I don't know about fiverr. Hope so, they have better TERMS OF SERVICE.
