no it's not , it's real life [daily] besides these are all stock phrases that have become nonsense through endless repetition: rotter, dirty dog, rat, skunk, stinker, stinkpot, bum, puke, crumb, lowlife, scum bag, so-and-so, git. or in other words:

a person who is deemed to be despicable or contemptible
"only a rotter would do that"; "kill the rat"; "throw the bum out"; "you cowardly little pukes!"; "the British call a contemptible person a `git'" botch, bodge, bumble, fumble, botch up, muff, blow, flub, screw up, ball up, spoil, muck up, bungle, fluff, bollix, bollix up, bollocks,, bobble, mishandle, louse up, foul up, mess up. Then a again the British have another problem: Rotten teeth.

      Oh yes it is :-)

We Britsh tend to say a load of bollocks. I was initially refering to your list of bollocks.

To answer the OP, in the UK, it would be considered as a profanity and something you would not say in public.

As for the British having rotten teeth, is a new one for me. My dentures are perfectly okay
