My computer got infected, and so my hosted websites, with mostly iframe malware. I already managed to eliminate everything, loosing in the way some files because I did not have backup, and the malware physically erased part of the html code in some files.

Googles says that I still have malware,
Malicious software is hosted on 5 domain(s), including
clean-all-spyware07 dot c o m
spywareshop dot i n f o
antivirus-promo-scanner3 dot c o m

3 domain(s) appear to be functioning as intermediaries for distributing malware to visitors of this site, including
spywareshop dot i n f o
movie-hidden-places dot c o m
emphasis-online dot c o m

What I need is a program where I can write whatever text, and it finds it scanning a html file I specify. In this way I can find what is left, and erase it. Malwarebytes and Avast where the programs I used to detect and erase, but still Google gave me the message abovo. This kind of program has to exist.

Does anyone knows about one? Also, any suggestions?

I will really appreciate it.

I don't know of any program, but you could paste the code into Word and then use the 'Find' function to locate what you're looking for. Kind of a roundabout way, but it should work.

WinGrep, a windows version of the *nix program Grep. It will find anything in any text file.
