I purchased Jing Pro tonight. Only problem is that just trying to get the webcam working is giving me that message. Just wondered if anyone knew how to determine which program is using the webcam? I plug it in and the light is showing. I don't think it's Firefox. I closed down Skype. I don't have Camtasia open, nor Camstudio. It sure ain't Jing. How can I find out who is using the webcam please? Brian |
