School Teacher Wears Same Yearbook Photo Outfit 40 Years In A Row

Dale Irby is physical education teacher in Dallas, Texas, United States of America. He wore the exact same polyester shirt and knit sweater vest for the past 40 years of yearbook photos.

Dale Irby, 63, accidentally wore the same brown v-necked tank top and big-collared disco shirt in two consecutive school photos from 1973.

Dale saw the funny side after wearing the same outfit 2 years in a row and his wife encourages him to keep wearing the same outfit the year after.

As the years went on, Dale's moustache would grow a bit, his hair would thin and grey and his spectacles would be replaced.

But the one constant was his tank-top and shirt combination which he bought at his local shopping mall.

Yes, Einstein did something similar, or had a wardrope full of brown jackets, white shirts, tie and slacks.

So he didn't have to much around with what to wear.

I would rather have a wardrobe full of black t-shirts, and jeans.

And thankfully l got a few from a t-shirt printing company before Au, got the current cheap, crap with the guttless necks.

Yes, you know what the latest fashion is in AU, frickin, 70's throwbacks.

I saw a middle aged, lady walking around in a bright yellow one piece dress with horrible orangly type squares all over it.

Basically the stuff that was popular in the 70's but is in opp shops now.

I looked at her, thinking gee, poor thing having to wear that, second hand dress, but walked past a high end shop selling the exactly same dress, geesh.

I will take fluorescent sneakers, and ugly reading glasses, than that ugly design.

Pretty easy to produce the next line though, a quick visit to the local opp shop, groan.

Why do garden gnomes smell so bad?
So that blind people can hate them as well.
