Concentrate all of your efforts onto sites with their own traffic.

So Fiverr, maybe, although it is pretty dead there at the moment at least for PLR products.

Graphicriver, or one of their own sites.

Creative Market, have to be arty at get accepted to get in there, but you can make big money there, (l am still trying with fonts there).

I'm sure there will be a bunch of "don't give up" type posts in this thread, but honestly maybe it is time to accept that this just isn't for you.

You know what I like better than giving up? Lamborghinis, and knowledge, but mostly Lamborghinis.

Sorry, but before anyone can provide any real suggestions or advice, we need more info. You say you "started to plan and take action to earn money online"...but what were you actually doing? What was your plan?

More importantly, what kind of experience and skills do you have to support that plan? I'm sorry, but in my opinion, "plans" and "good ideas" mean virtually nothing. There is almost nobody on this planet who hasn't had a "good idea" at some point...but most of them never get anywhere.

What is important is execution. Your ability to take a good idea, or a plan, and turn it into reality. And one of the most necessary things to do that is something that most people don't do -- either because they're in denial, or afraid. And that is, to honestly assess and acknowledge their own weaknesses. Then, when they are planning, specifically address the question of how they're going to handle those weaknesses. Will you take classes or online training to learn more? Will you get a partner, or hire employees, who are strong in the areas where you are weak? Will you take a job working for someone else, to get the necessary experience and skills?

Give us more info. Tell us what it is you want to do. And tell us why you've failed to do it.

And if you can't answer that last question, I'm afraid there's really not much more I can do to help you, other than to tell you that you first need to figure out why you've failed.

And a hint -- any answer that starts by blaming other people, or circumstances, or bad luck...that's not an answer.

Try something different. What's your purpose? Combine what you care about with how you might be able to earn money.

If you have no plan of action or are still clueless on the next step, I suggest you to get a mentor. 6 years is a long time and I suggest you to waste no more time, get someone who has been there, done that to hold your hand and point you to the right direction. Next year at this day and this time,you'd be glad you did that.

It's SIMPLE!

1. Come up with with a product or service to sell. Products have a greater chance of making money. It has to be something that is somehow more favorable than other choices, and desirable. So soap is better than fleas, quick is usually better than slow, cheap is usually better than expensive, quality is usually better than bad, etc...
2. Get the word out.
3. Rinse and repeat.

As they say, the devil is in the details. YOU stated you are doing manual services. They aren't as good as products, because you can only do so much. The income probably varies from about .$0.13/minute(about minimum wage), to about $11000/minute+benefits(The fee Hillary charges her donors for making one of her 20 minute speeches.) You COULD argue about people like Bill Gates or Oprah making so much, but they are basically skimming profits off of products. For bill gates, it is software, for oprah, it is syndication, etc.... Even with something like youtube, they are effectively selling time on their network.

I'm surprised no one asked this yet but...What exactly have you tried ?
