How to zoom into image without affecting text quality

I would like to make an image like the ones on this amazon listing:

https://goo.gl/N0TP9G

But when I tried on paint to do this and zoomed in the text looked fuzzy and not very legible.

Is there any way to do this one Microsoft Paint and zoom in and have good text like the Amazon link above?

Or do I have to use photoshop?

The Amazon image is 1,024px 1,024px, so if you start with that and then create the image on top of that then you can get the Amazon res,.

Beyond that, l do have a similar issue when l export illustrator text to Photoshop. Or l have to rasterize the text in order to add ink type shadings.

Then push the sharpness to about 70% in order to get rid of the blurriness, or make it look as good as the text type version.

Although making it a smart object, (Photoshop) does help with reduction issues.

If paint can't achieve what you want then you can always go and try out Photoshop CS1, CS2, and maybe more recent versions, (cloud versions).

You can try out both for 7 days each, for free; I have already done so, since a Microsoft update has nobbled my current one.

    Good luck.
