Hi guys, does anyone know which website/service was used to create this "fake printed" sweater?

It's not photoshoped because I've seen the exact same picture with different colored sweater, different designs and from different people. I also Image Searched it on Google (you can try too) and it finds the exact same image with different designs.

Can you please help me out? Thanks a lot!

Mark, that link (along with going directly to the site) is ad bombing my computer. You might want to remove it.

    Paint or Photoshop!

Not sure why you don't think that it was done using CS, the overlaying is quick and nasty, although the graphics is good overall.

If you want a cheap option, try Paint, it could probably manage it.
