Are there any non US persons with Internet Business on this forum that have US based Limited Liability Companies (LLC)? I would like to know how to set one up. You can PM me if you don't want to respond on the main forum. Thank You.

Just pick a US state and google Offshore LLC's for that state. Might wanna try Delaware, I think they have special regulations. - it's expensive, and of course, regulations apply. From checking out LLC's with just one partner offshore, you better
be ready for some taxes to apply, too.

I just want an idea of how any individual outside of the US with a US Bank Account would set up an LLC . I was informed that Nevada would be a good state to set things up...

Nevada and Delaware are the best for offshore. If you google it as stated earlier, you can get that info - some of the online services will actually help you sign up. Plan on spending around a grand a year. Your bank account only matters for the ease of transferring the funds - and so they can seize your assets if you do something illegal.

I have a delaware LLC (and have had for about 4 years!) for my US property interests. I set it up quite cheaply via a do it yourself company on google. They send you the forms and explain what you need to do. (Think it cost $47) then you send the paperwork and the state filing fee (check or credit card online payment). This is $97 a year. You need a registered officer in some states if you don't reside there so that could add another $100 or so per year. I must say I found the government officials in delaware company admin very, very good.
You can also pay a company to set it up for you but obviously the costs are usually a lot more for doing so.

You can set up a LLC as a foriegner in any US state but each state has different rules on what they require, liabilities and tax laws. I'd advise you to seach professional advice prior to setting up a LLC.
