Electrical Engineer vs Network Engineer ?

Guys, I have completed my bachelors in Electronics Engineering. and Now i have been as Network from past 1 year in ISP Company. But i want to make career shift to Electrical shift to electrical engineering Power or Electrical Machine side.
I am confused, should i made this shift or continue my career as network engineer.
I know many people say that do what you like. but i wanted to know the scope of Electrical engineer with masters in Electrical Engineering or Network Engineer with CCIE in R&S.

Electrical and network Engineer, please share your experience
What job you do, and what type of work it is and what is its scope in the future ?
Which field has better scope in future ? and better Salary !!
What is your salary package with years of experience !

      OP,

      I would perhaps ask your colleagues what they would do.

      I would think your job is more secure in networking than EE, which is more likely to be outsourced to China?

    It's looking like about the only job that will never be outsourced to China, Russia or Eastern Europe is going to be "network security".

    Though you will probably be fired every so often when you lose a round to the hackers.
