Getting Strange Error When Editing Title

This has happened at more than one forum.

When trying to change title of thread, getting error message that the
title is too long.

This can become a real problem at the WSO forum for titles that change
when units are sold to show how many are left.

Anybody else run into this problem before I submit a support ticket?

This just started happening today.

I've tried editing the above post but it won't let me. Getting title too long.

Looks like we're not going to be able to edit posts for a while.

Ok - I am glad someone else noticed.

I hope someone actually reported it to the HELPDESK??? - I am sure the Admins are not able to see every thread and every post - and since they are the only ones that can do anything about it, I hope someone tells them directly.

Bummer problem - not just for WSO - for Moderators too -or for that matter I guess anyone who tries to edit any post!

They'll fix it I am pretty sure!!

Yep, Lance K up in the main forum already reported it (as I'm sure others did too). Admin is working on it.
