Youtube promoted video not showing to anyone

Hi there!

So i made a video, and started promoting it in adwords.
Everything is properly configured and i entered at first 10 a day as budjet with a CPV of 0.4.
First 24 Hours, nobody saw the video, said on adwords, 0 prints, 0 views, etc.
So i increased to 15 per day, 10 cents CPV, same.
Yesterday i increased the budjet to 25 per day, added lots of keywords, entered a 0.30 per view on the streaming and display ad on youtube, and, after 12 hours, 0/0. No prints, no views.

Some thoughts about it:
The video is approved.
I have money on the account so... it's not that.
Everything shows up green, no warnings no erros nothing.
CPV is very high, still no views.
Borad target. I selected USA, Canada, and UK. i entered a ton of keywords on my niche so i don't think that the problem is that too. one of the keywords i entered was marketing the other one was jvzoo for example so...

I have no idea why after a few days i sill have 0/0 everywhere.
Anyone has this problem?

    Could it possibly be that your ad isn't good enough to entice people to click on it?

    Furthermore, is anyone actually seeing the ad in the first place?

      That is what i meant in the article. 0 prints. nobody is even getting it.

    the damn date was set to november... omg... so stupid.
    i entered today and yesterday and showed me 2000+ views.
