Just trying to get a sense of if there is a typical range of what this number would be or has been for people. Every person is different. I'm going to use your answers for data purposes and see if I can find an average.

So my question is: How much would you need to make per month to quit your job and go full-time with online marketing?

Comment below with your number.

I dont' have a job, but ill have one soon. Part of it depends on how good the job / salary. I won't be able to make much so quitting whatever job I get won't take as much as for some other people.

For me probably 150 a day after taxes. That comes out to 1,000 a week after taxes, 4,000$ a month. 40k a year after taxes which is similar to making 60k~ at a salary position before. I factor after taxes since thats what I really have left to spend.

That would be enough to comfortable live and make more than any job will pay me without me getting major certifications / a degree which takes alot of time. By that point having all day to work as opposed to doing both would be work the risk in not having a stable job. It depends on how the money is made though, if it is from a scammy method it might be different.

$1,347,286.59 per month would do it...

So would a lot of numbers, but that's definitely one of them.

What's the point of your research? Looking for the magic number for an income claim?

What for? Your sample will likely be so small that your average will be insignificant.
