I Wish The IRS Would Leave Me Alone

I keep getting these emails..."Notice Of Underreported Income."

I swear to all of you. I reported my...

income from selling those sheepskins
income from that brothel I was running back in Texas
income from my still I had stashed in the basement
income from my phony real estate sales (great swamp land in Teaneck)
income from that alien spaceship tour I was running
income from my cockroach races

So I don't know why they keep bothering me.

I wish they'd just leave me alone already.

LOL, I've been getting those very same spams the past couple weeks.

I must say that the first one startled me for a few seconds though.

Well, at least they're not alluding to you needing to grow another three inches.

Hmmm, I wonder if they tax that as Ill Gotten Gains...:p

and the fact that I hired a shill to dress up on that crazy costume didn't
      help either.

I often have the urge to email them back pointing out that I am British, living in Britain and I have never even visited the US.

I also want to write to the ones offering me "cut price pharmaceuticals" pointing out that I get all my prescription meds for free - I'd love to see that price cut!

    And, I don't have any "penis" issues - I don't have one!

do people actually fall for this stuff? or buy from these people? Even if a spammer was offering me a product I might like - I would refuse to buy on principle!

Nicola, I guess you never got the memo. No matter where you live, no matter what country, you owe the IRS money...simple as that. (At least that's how they see it.)

Sorry for your troubles, Steven. See? You should have taken the advice of that ACORN worker and hid all your money in a coffee can buried in the back yard.

Now about that child-labor sweatshop you're running in your basement...(no wonder you seem to crank out product after product like a crazed internet marketer! All this time I thought you were just really good!)

Could it have been that brand new Lambo sitting in your driveway that gave it away?

You should have been more discreet about your money laundering, Steve. You know those Swiss banks aren't as secretive as they used to be. You should transfer your accounts over to Albanian or Dubai banks.

Heck Paul, he could hide it in my PayPal account. Nobody would find it there. Especially Steve

LOL! Then you could charge him a "finder's fee" of, say 50%, when he needs it. Tax-free of course.

I think I get at least three of those a day now.

The ones that get me are the ones that say "Your order has shipped. Please confirm your information." Um, if my order has already shipped, isn't it a little late to confirm?

LOL Dan - They almost caught me with one of those the other day. I had just ordered my dogs meds when it came in. I was impressed by the speed of processing and almost clicked when I realized it was a sham.

Paul - you are very correct. We should put ALL of our money in Dubai......they need it to finish that resort venue that they had to ditch due to finances.

Dubai is broke, more broke than the US. They went in with Kirk Kerkorian to build City Center on the Las Vegas Strip. They haven't made a payment in a long time and Kerkorian has to keep paying their share just to keep construction going.

IMO, it's 50/50 whether MGM/Mirage will go bankrupt due to the $12 billion in debt they incurred trying to build City Center.

It's such a mess that when asked about it, Kerkorian who is 90, said something like, "Looks like I lived a year too long".

That's good news for Paul, Kurt - what he meant when he said "invest" is that he's looking for partners to just buy Dubai itself outright.
