Your site can get hack, no matter what hosting company you have. A hacker will launch an attack against sites, and if they are not secure they get infected. If you want more protection you have to pay for. It is not Bluehosts fault.

I tried to clean sites and installed security plugin . how can make them safe in future?
More over hosting companies had the responsibly to save sites from external attacks. They do scan for malware then why not to clean them?

Bluehost severely overcharge for their services. One of their most persistent issues is security and it's going to continue to be unless they start offering more well-equipped hosting packages.
For what little they offer in terms of services, they expect you to pay more than other (premium level!) hosting companies and then charge you extra to finish off the job!

Compared to other hosts, who will start you off with all of the necessary features (like security) from the beginning, Bluehost expect you to pay way more than you should and continue to pay them for stuff that should have been included already.
With security being the serious issue it is, it's then exacerbated by their poor customer service. Once your site is attacked, trying to reach out to tech support to get it resolved is a gamble...

    Typical upselling...

I can't believe they even charge to migrate a site over to them! Do they not want happy customers at all?
Anyway, I'm sorry that you've suffered since joining them. Your experience will serve as another bad example to others of Bluehost's lack of proper security protocols. My best advice to you is to switch to another host.
Check out customer reviews and avoid EIG companies in future (yes, Bluehost is one of them). While WP Engine may be one of the better alternatives, read this first.
    Good luck!

There are thousands of references on how to accomplish this all across the Internet. Google is your friend.

        Thank you.

I'm not aware of anyone being forced to use their overpriced service.

Disasters can strike through any hosting company. If you own sites, especially income-producing sites and you do not take it upon YOURSELF to protect them at maximum capability, you can't complain tragedy befalls you.

This is called personal responsibility and should be the hallmark for how you conduct any business online.

      Thank you.

Odds are OP is running the same Wordpress theme or plugin on multiple sites that has a vulnerability.

Here's a guide I made to help you figure out If you have spam links hidden on your site and how to find the source of the vulnerability.

BTW, sometimes a host isn't the problem, even If it seems like they're the problem. Example, a host can't stop you from inadvertently installing malicious code on your own site.
