Anyone else have this problem? I googled it, tried a couple of "solutions" but none worked.. Really starting to get annoyed by it now.

And since I can't post images in here, there's a link to a screenshot in my sig.

    What add-ons are you running?

Try shutting them down one by one, this will tell you which one may be hogging your resources.

Make sure you're at the latest version and make doubly sure you install the latest version of Adobe flash. My memory hogging problems went away with the newest flash.

I've got sick to death of firefox eating up resources and have switched over to chrome, just using firefox for a couple of SEO plugins. Chrome's a good deal faster.

Mine does the same thing. I've tried turning off my plug-ins and I'm running 3.5.2. It locks up at least 2 or 3 times a day.

I switched to Safari on Monday and have not looked back.

I'll use FF when I need a plugin, but Safari is 100 times faster, at least for me.

      Hi Abseaz,

I don't know if this is related to your problem but Mozilla admitted they have problem related to the memory corruption. I can't share with you the link here because as a new member I'm not allowed to do it but hopefully you can read about it if you visit my blog.

I had problems with two of my blogs, every time I opened them the Firefox crashed. My other blog was not affected though and all of them have the same plugins. When I disable the JavaScript as per Mozilla's instruction the problem disappeared. I enabled it once again and after 2 or 3 minutes later the Firefox crashed. Strange enough it didn't happen to all blogs or websites I visited but I got the Firefox crash problem only on some other blogs (not mine) and the problem was repeated. I guess there is something wrong with the blogs setup as well although until now I can't figure out what triggered the crash.

I post it in my blog since I wanted to know if other people experienced the same problem.
