    I've heard of traffic monsoon and a few warning about the program as well.

    To be honest, I never understand that kind of business model.

      I know 3 warriors that put in all together $7000 USD and they will never see that money again.

    The suit seems to based their entire claims on what they think paypal knew at the time, and that paypal banned the fraudster, however, allowed him to continue the said ponzi scheme, and that is all fine and dandy if paypal steps forward to say they knowingly participated in the ponzi scheme, otherwise, it is easy to create a lawsuit and claiming stuff like "paypal" knew this, paypal knew that, however, paypal is a 3rd party payment processor, until the facts actually come out, then it will be hard to know exactly what paypal knew at the time, and if it is true, just think of it as paypal getting a slap on the wrist for a multi million dollar fine, and another CEO does not go to jail as a result, at the end of the day, paypal will have top lawyers on this all day, everyday, until it is over..

      Paypal has tried very hard to keep their operations above the table. I doubt they will be in any trouble with this lawsuit. It's America, you seem to be able to sue for just about anything. lol

        a girl here on the weekend slipped on a floor of macdonalds, even when the sign said "hey dummies, wet floor" she slipped, she was a big girl broke her hip and now wanting to sue for like 400,000 it seems in todays society, all we have to do is scratch our asshole the wrong way and we get sued. LOL.

    This guy Charles Scoville had a bunch of sites similar to Traffic Monsoon that simply up and disappeared over the years prior to him starting TM.

    This would also explain why all of a sudden PP has pulled it's services from just about every single PTC & revshare site. Most of them are now using Payza or Skrill.

    Even some of the ad networks like Adhitz that advertise on a lot of the PTC sites no longer offer PP as a payment option.

    Honestly, I don't blame them. I think it's a little unfair to blame PP as well. They work with hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of online companies. I cannot see blaming them unless they had knowledge that something wrong was going on and they still continued to provide services. I don't see how they could possible know that unless they were privy to the business practices of every company and person who uses their service, which is impossible.
