Seems several scams sites are using paypal. Wonder what that says about Paypal.

In the first quarter of 2017, Paypal had 203 MILLION accts. This is a payment processor - not a policing site.

If Paypal freezes an acct on suspicion - and authorities take no action - Paypal eventually has to re-open the acct or have a reason to close it.

I don't think it "says anything" about Paypal. When you think about it - many people used their credit cards to pay for these scams through Paypal....does that say anything about Visa or Mastercard? Of course not.

In the future, you should be more careful about linking to sites you know are scams. The association could be damaging to you and your business. The Internet has a long, long memory.

Allow me to answer that for you. "Absolutely nothing."

    Thank you.
