I know that sitting for long periods can mess you up, so I have been taking micro breaks every 15 minutes to stretch and stand up for a moment. I also exercise 3 times a week and run 5 times a week.
I keep a very active lifestyle but no matter how I adjust, sitting at the computer still hurts.
I've considered standing for most of the day or maybe trying out a yoga ball.
Has anybody else come across this issue? If so, how did you fix it?
