Default Favourite Movie Quote & Moment

I saw a thread here about favourite movies ever, so I decided to make this one.

My favourite quote (underlined) and moment happen at the same time within the same movie:

Gladiator (2000):

Commodus: Rise. Rise.
[Maximus stands up, clenching an arrow head in his right hand]
Commodus: Your fame is well deserved, Spaniard. I don't think there's ever been a gladiator to match you. As for this young man, he insists you are Hector reborn. Or was it Hercules? Why doesn't the hero reveal himself and tell us all your real name? You do have a name.
Maximus: My name is Gladiator.
[turns away from Commodus]
Commodus: How dare you show your back to me! Slave, you will remove your helmet and tell me your name.
Maximus: [removes helmet and turns around to face Commodus] My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next.
[Commodus trembles in disbelief]
Quintus: Arms!
[Praetorians point their spears at the gladiators while the Colosseum crowd chants for them to live. Commodus shakes his head and motions the crowd for silence. He then raises his fist and reluctantly gives the thumbs-up signal]

What's yours?

Not a quote, but a moment: LOTR, The Return of the King, at the black gate when Aragorn is about to go into battle against the immense forces of Mordor. Knowing that it's likely to end in death, he turns to the others and says "For Frodo" with such a look in his eyes..

And the bit in The Fellowship when he sends Frodo on his way and walks out to meet the Uruk-hai with a raised sword...

(actually I like pretty much all the moments in LOTR with Viggo Mortensen )

Just the moment, the girl Jumped from the building and died, the the lens cut in the sky, a broken-line Kite was flying away. The background music is "Flightless wings".

Hey Daniel,

I wanted to post the following in the other thread, but I
did not. Here's one of my all-time favorite movie moments.
It's the speech Al Pacino gave in Scent of A Woman. I've
watched this movie multiple times just to watch this speech.

So I hope you all enjoy it.

(Contains profanity. Just a heads up and hope it's not a problem.)

You don't have to like or love everything or everyone, not in the usual sense. Injustices and villains always abound during primitive times. You knew this would be true before you chose this life, just as you knew that the good and the beauty would far exceed the bad and the ugly.
Go where you're drawn, and dwell upon all that is good. ~ Mike Dooley
