Thought I'd share a photo (via the avatar)of my 22 year old son who is a Natural Bodybuilder, this pic taken one week ago. He graduates from university this week with a science degree in Food and Nutrition - muscles AND brains!

Incredible Kerry!

The dude's my age... Mad props for how far he's gotten! So, when are you gonna start inducting him into the world of IM?

Pictures like that with a solid eBook could go a looong way to helping him pay off any student debts.... Plus. It's just fun.

Thanks Omar. I've been trying on the IM thing. He has a lot of ideas, but is also completing a Personal Trainers course as well, so that he can deliver nutritional and training and bodybuilding advice - the whole package. Hopefully he will find the time to pull some IM together!

  I thought this thread had died, and replaced his pic with my regular avatar. You can see some pics on his facebook page Thomas J. Finch. The comp photos were taken at a comp 4 weeks ago where he won the Junior Mens and Open Heavyweight divisions, which qualified him for next weekend's Asia Pacific Championships. Being a scientist, he kept a photographic record of his 4 month pre-comp progress.

  My unofficial definition, as I see my son apply it is - bodybuilding without the use of drugs, e.g. steroids, growth hormones etc.
  
  He modifies his shape through diet and exercise in a very regimented and controlled way. His diet changes depending on which pre-competition state he is at, i.e. muscle building, putting on bulk, cutting down etc.
  
  Competitors are drug and lie detector (!) tested at each competition. More info at World Natural Bodybuilding Federation
