Does anyone else wish that there was a delete post button?

Hey there warriors, how are we all? I don't know about you, but I have my fair share of blonde moments. I am intelligent, however I also managed to inherit the "ditz" gene that runs in my family lol. This can lead to an occasional post that seems logical at the time and is only recognised as a blonde moment AFTER i've hit the send button (like why is my pic not showing when i make a reply, oh yeah, cos i uploaded a profile pic not an avatar.. *hits self upside the head*). So at the risk of exposing my blondeness for all of my fellow warriors to see, I thought Id post about it here and ask you if you have ever posted something here u wish u had not... cmon i cant be the only blonde! (and before you point it out, yes im sure u can ask for something to be deleted, not that blonde lol)

    Well I always say I have blonde thinking although a brunette, so yes I can relate to your dilemma.

    #1 If you can't delete then you can edit - that is hit the edit button and then erase the evidence - put something catchy in there like 'whoops'.

    #2 When I hit edit there is then advanced edit and in there is a button to delete. I am not sure if everyone has that because I do have moderator functions in one of the sub-forums here. However for example in this forum, I still have the ability to delete a post, but only my own.

    Check it out when you hit the 'edit' button.

      I just checked one of my posts. Under advanced there is a delete post option. Didn't know that, thanks Patricia.

    I cant find that button either, don't know if its blondeness, late-nightitis or if it is the sort of thing that you have Patrician and others don't... you lucky thing you

    No, youi have it.
    Go to edit, there will be a delete option.
    You should see from left to right:
    Save Go Advanced Delete and Cancel.

      Ok.... perhaps time to step away from the computer...... i swear that button wasn't there before. *Rubs eyes* eeeek either I'm blonder than I thought or the lack of sleep is getting to me! Do I get kudos for not deleting entire thread? Letting my blondeness shine?? Lmao! Thanks Kim, now I'm going to go do something non computer related for the next 5 mins.. u know its bad when ur doing stuff like that lol

    Don't feel blonde.

    It took me 6 months to see the print icon at the bottom of every post.

    (hahaha I could be mean now, but I am not) SO see following:

    It is not that you can't see it, it has been moved to the top of the thread - you will see a little area in red on the RIGHT that says 'Thread Tools'. Drop down for print option.
