Melbourne Cup

Any one here having a punt this year on the Melb Cup? (Aussies...)

My tips are -
H24. Leica Ding
H4. Master OReilly (has the weigh advantage over Viewed from last years results)

The favourites are also looking really good this year - I think I will try and work something out amongst.

H1. Viewed
H11. Alcopop

Alcopop has a great burst of speed but is untested at this distance and it has been a while since it ran. A big race to jump back into.

I'll wait until closer to the start though before deciding how I will throw away my money...

You could dutch book those 4 for the win for 100% return. A big race though and anything could happen.

It was Shocking who won, who would have thought. All five kiwi horses trailed at the back, damn.

I am new to Warrior Forum and since you were talking about something Aussie, thought I'd at least say hi.
I had money on everything except as win/place ..... better do that next year.
