What's the average length a WSO stays on the first page?

Depends what day it starts on the first page, but it's more like one day or less usually.

As of late it has been less than one day ... But as posted above depends upon when you post it ...

I posted mine before the WF went back to paid - don't know if that makes a difference..but, I was careful when to post, both times. I sent it through twice and it was on the front page for around 12 hours between both go arounds. Way too fast.
I did profit but didn't feel the time was worth the money charged for it. Had I realized it was going to whiz through like that - and I chose two different times to post - it wouldn't have been a warrior exclusive offer (the price would have been, but the product wouldn't have).

I've actually been tracking this for a while now and, depending on the day
of the week and the time you post it, the average time a WSO stays on
page 1 is between 8 and 14 hours.

Long gone are the days when a WSO would stay on page 1 for 3 days.

Kevin - don't get me wrong, I still would have put up the WSO - it's been tough fending for myself in this economy and I had to do something fast to save my little guy's life and the WSO made sense for the quickest cash inflow. I am uniquely qualified in the subject I wrote up so it was something I could write with quality in little time.

Where I really messed up was offering it as an exclusive Warrior product. I promised right on the salespage that the product would never be sold anywhere else feeling the exclusivity would be a bonus incentive. I was able to charge just a tad higher for it because it was exclusive, but once it ran off the first pages, that was it. Now I'm stuck with a damned good piece of material I can't do anything with - even if I were to broaden my scope and stick it into a larger product I'd still need to do some re-write on it and really don't feel like putting more time into something new when my other products are online and ready for some time to be spent marketing those.

Yeh, there wasn't much bumping before. I remember Josh Anderson and myself were two of the first who started bumping WSOs. People weren't doing it. They would just post the wso and that was it. That was like two/three years ago. Then some rules were made because people were bumping as soon as the wso went onto the second page.

WSOs are a great way to make money if you have a good product and can sell it. Well worth the $20.

Sal, you can bump it. If you made a profit, keep bumping it. The more views and responses it gets, the better chance of getting more sales.

My experience is 1 to 2 days until your wso gets of page one. Mostly 1 day.

I might do that again some time, Tim, but not right now. I'm going to worry about the products I made for me right now. It's been a long haul with those things - first having to research and write the second product...... having to move servers a few times, buttons that wouldn't work, viruses, you name it, if it could go askew, it did.

Frankly, I have about 7 priorities right now and don't have a spare $57 bucks to put into this forum. After I get MY products going I'll think about the WSO. Munchie is gone and I have a salespage to change before I send it around again. Once my own products get going I might write some other PLR to go with the WSO and just bump the price a bit as I have a forum registration to add to the cost now so have to sell more just to get to even. I want to wait and see if the rate the WSO's fall off the page is going to change, too. If those things are going to fly through at that rate I want an "offer you can't refuse" package tooling through there instead of one decent report.
