Can I Get Some Prayers And Well Wishes Please

Uggh, just when life can't get any lower and you feel like you have hit rock freaking bottom, the floor falls out and you're falling again. Anyways, can you guys and gals please say a prayer or whatever you do for my family. I have now had to call TWO ambulances in the last 24 hours or so.

Yesterday morning my little girl was running a 104 fever and was having troubles breathing, an ambulance ride across the city, to find out she has/had the flu (still not sure what kind, they said the kind didn't matter it was teh effect on her body that mattered), croup and as a result of those had a life threatening asthma attack. So I spent all night with her in the hospital yesterday morning.

Then dead tired I fall into bed last night, ready to regain myself and get back to business today....at least that's what I thought. Instead I get up, get the non sick kids off to school only to hear an awful scream from upstairs as well as a crashing noise, where I find my husband (we just got married this weekend) in a full out seizure. He has never had one before in his life, he was screaming and thrashing in pain, and so another 911 call and he is rushed to the hospital. But because I have no one to watch the children who are at home, or be here for the one who gets home from school in about an hour, I sit here wondering what the hell is going on with my husband.

SO if you warriors could please say a prayer or whatever you can it would be very much appreciated, because right now I am just a right mess and wanna just curl up and cry. It has been a VERY long month, and this new one doesn't seem to be getting any better.

Hi Sylvia,
Sorry for the trouble you have had... I will remember you and your family in my daily prayers and I will shoot over a request for the inspiration network to include you and your family on their list. They have many prayer partners that get together and pray daily over the request.

I know it seems hard and we all have been there.. Just remember in faith it is the strong that will endure.

Thank you everyone for your prayers they are much appreciated. Josh is home now, they still don't know what caused it, thank goodness for the overrun hospitals right now, they essentially drugged him up and sent him home with a prescription for more drugs...really nice. With the understanding if it happens again to go back in to the hospital. So no understanding of why or what happened simply, here these drugs should help it not happen again, even though we don't know what or why it happened.

Anyways thank you so much everyone. This place is always great, even in a persons time of need.

My God, Sylvia.....Strength and Courage to you. Don't let it show, your asthmatic needs calm. You can do it. (I was the asthmatic child that would most likely not survive through high school-- we DO survive, even when scary, so chin high, girl.).

Remember everything happens for a reason - take care of you and yours now and the reason will come to you later.

You keep us posted - but rest when you can. We are here when you need us.

It's a woman's strength, Sylvia. As caretakers we don't get the luxury of crawling into a corner and screaming but just wipe the tears off and keep doing what has to be done.

Thanks everyone, hospital trip number three came today

An asthma attack and a momma heart attack, steroid doses and all that fun stuff and momma and Matty are back home, thank god we went to the Lougheed where babies take preference over everyone. Now to pray he doesn't have another one or it is an ambulance to the childrens and a hospital STAY. UGGH, anyone want my life right now LOL. ( I didn't have a heart attack but I sure felt like I was...too much stress too much hospitals)

Now to pray he doesn't have another one or it is an ambulance to the childrens and a hospital STAY. UGGH, anyone want my life right now LOL. ( I didn't have a heart attack but I sure felt like I was...too much stress too much hospitals)
