Here in Adelaide, South Australia, we are continuing to have weather that varies greatly. We were feeling cold just a few days ago.

The weather for this current working week is:

Monday: It was only 36 c (96.8F)
Tuesday: 39 c ( 102.2 F)
Wednesday: 39 c ( 102.2 F)
Thursday: 39 c ( 102.2 F)
Friday: 36 c ( 96.8 F)

Now is global warming in effect this week or global cooling last week?

Maybe it just varies a lot?

Here in the NW, Ron, it's a bit cold for this time of year other than a day or two here and there. The mountains were snow capped by mid October - and it has snowed twice down here at low elevation twice although it only lasted a few minutes and didn't stick.

Three years ago when I moved from here I went rockhounding in December. This year it's been a bit cold or rainy to go out most of the time. Now even with sun there's a definite bite in the air. Not sure what the ice reforming at the N pole is doing to the wobble, but I'm thinking the sun should be hitting you much more directly than usual at the time. I wish it was here, too, I've had enough cold already this year!
