Who are your favorite TV moms? I like June Cleaver and Lois from Malcolm in the Middle, even though they are pretty much complete opposites. Least favorite - Probably Roseanne. |

Favorite - Roseanne, my mom is pretty much the spitting image. Least Favorite - Peggy Hill. I know she's a cartoon, but I'd kill her if I could. |

I have to go with June Cleaver as well. Very prim and proper - but you know as soon as the lights go out.......

You know, I honestly have to go with Roseanne - she was real. She dealt with real questions and real problems, and no matter how imperfect she was, she did okay in the end. Not GREAT, not PERFECT, but okay. And that's what it's really like being a parent in America.

My favorite TV mom is Clarie Huxtable. I think she is so very clever in how she disciplines her children and handles things in life in general.

I was going to say June Cleaver... But then the image of her cooking dinner every night in dresses, high heels and pearls made me change my mind! I'll cook dinner in a dress and spiked heels for special occasions, but never wearing pearls, not my style and certainly not every night! Hmmph, back to the old drawing board! MissTerraK |
