Guys Is Paypal down?

Hey guys,

I've been trying to get onto the paypal site for more than 30+ minutes
but it just won't load, is anyone else getting this issue?

this is very weird man I can't get the site to come up for me at all...

WTF is going on, I'll try another browser and see if I get the same issue.

I've had that happen before. Try clearing your cache and cookies and try again.

Using google chrome I log in and get sent back to the log in screen again... when I do make it in to my account I get sent back to the log in screen AGAIN...

Somethings not right but it seemed to work ok for me when I switched to Internet Explorer.
