Where or who do i talk to regarding this problem?

OFF TOPIC

For some reason, my account was banned about 3 hours ago just after i had paid $20 to list my website for sale.

i got this message

you are banned

Reason - no reason given

and no my account has been unbanned without know one telling me and i've lost my listing plus $20

what do i do? who do i talk to?

Right in the middle of the red bar below the header on this page is a link to the Help Desk.

They are the only ones who can do anything for you about your situation. Give them a try...

Thanks, i'm not holding anything against them. just that i haven't a clue what i did wrong to get banned in first place, then my listings gone

  Go to the help desk.
  
  If your account was banned and then unbanned, there's a fair chance that it was just a mistake. I can't say for sure, but that's a real possibility. If that's what happened, they should be able to fix the listing problem, too.
  
  Mind you, I'm assuming nothing. I've seen way too many situations where there was only one side told to do that. But, I've also seen (and made) that exact mistake. Just not this time.

Yep, it was a mistake i've been told by thomas on the help desk, just hopefully waiting for my listing to be put back on, just received the notification to pay again, hopefully i won't have to.
