Hi, does anyone know of any project management web applications for a small business that are affordable and do billing and CRM?

Thanks

Not sure if this is what you're after - it's a small business job management software application that does invoices/billing, quotations, keeps a customer database, does employee management, stock control, job costing, etc. You can change the currency (default is UK pounds). There's a free 30 day trial as well.

Light version: JobScanLITE | Employee Management Software for Workshops

    P.S. They're NOT affiliate links.

For billing I really like Freshbooks.com. It's free as long as you only have 3 clients on your active clients list at one time (you can keep other clients on an inactive list at no charge).

For project management I like Basecamp. It also has an optional invoice feature. Ace Project is pretty good too and has a free version.

At last...pre-written emails for Clickbank products that increase conversions.

REAL project management can get REAL involved. If you aren't specific, it can make a BIG difference. CRM is much the same. HECK, I did some work for a company that sells ONLY commission calculation software. It isn't good enough to figure out barnes and noble's calculations, and has NO input or output really(You have to pay someone like ME to integrate it with another system), but it is EXPENSIVE and they got some BIG customers including, suposedly, FEDEX and UPS!

I've recently spent a lot of time with various PM/CRM/ERP software systems.

Are you looking for a managed solution, or something you can install yourself on your own servers?

Do you want the source code to be open?

Ball park how many users (employees, contractors, partners, clients...)? 10? 1000?

What is your idea of 'affordable' relating to upfront costs and ongoing fees per head?

      Any preferences for implementation technology?

Any specific use-case (e.g software development, translation...)?

Any more information beyond 'project management' that will help determine an appropriate solution (e.g extra functions like accounting, HR...)?

      Cheers,

      Phil
