Hello Everyone,

My name is Francis and I am new to the forum and would like to follow all the rules, and hope I am not breaking any rules with this post. I was not sure where to post this in! Please correct me if it's in the wrong location.

I have created and launched a website as of OCTOBER 2009 which was a mere image of a way to give back to the music community. I have created a not-for-profit campaign in collaboration with the music industry in order to offer my Band Promotional Photography Services in an effort to help raise awareness about serious world issues.

The main idea of the website is to generate a interest with a variety of bands who use my photography services to promote a cause they firmly believe in. Through the power of photography as a advertising medium, I focus mainly on pwerful and meaningful images related directly to a cause (ie. Cancer Awareness).

Now, here is my Question.

1) Non-Profit
I would love to find a way to accept donations, although not through MYSELF but donations for a variety of charities which agree to collaborate with me directly through my site. As I want to stay non-profit, I want to help people donate to a cause they firmly believe in.

What would be my best option?

2) Marketing
I am new to the whole "Marketing" thing and I would love some tips and tricks. I ahev just registered this account and AM looking into getting a paid membership when I get a chance to get that setup later today. I would like to browse the site a little more before doing so and venturing off into spending some money into investing, to see what this site is about.

As of right now. I am focusing my marketing on the following:
- Newsletters
- Business Cards
- Social Networking Sites (MySpace, Purevolume, Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Stumble Upon)
- Events (Concerts, Expo, etc)

In just under a month I have recieved these statistics:
Total Visits: 2309
Total Page Views: 8722

3) Involvement
I also collaborate with bands, artists, publications and give them banner space (Bands get CD Download links on page, publications get banners, etc) and try and get that involvement to generate traffic, but even then not much has changed!

Any tips and tricks? Thanks so much and nice to meet you all!
