Anyone know how to contact Eric Rockefeller?

I recently bought one of his products, but his contact form didn't work. I googled him and found his blog, but no go. I'm sure he is a member here or used to be but I can't seem to find him.

Does he have a helpdesk I can call or send email to or anything like that?

    Got it folks, just found a support email in an old email I had stored on a personal folder. Phew some people don't make it easy

    Yeah, what a major let down, you'd think a major player in the IM field would at least do a proper launch properly, no videos to be found other than some 7 minute video... and no instructions for those who do buy the videos.
