Looking for a Net to phone service

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good service that will allow me to make international calls from my PC to a land line or cell phone ? Specifically, I'll be calling from India to the U.A.E and to the U.S.

I've already checked out Skype, but was looking for another alternative that does not cost as much.
