What are some after effects long term and short term of cancer patients that have had interferon?

This is huge off the topic subject. I have been through interferon treatments for cancer and have had lots of short term and long term effects from the treatments. I am not sure anyone can relate to this in the forum, however, cancer seems to hit all families worldwide. I was basically an experimental group when the interferon treatments were first introduced to the public. At that time I had high dosages of the treatment. Now they have more knowledge of the use of the drug. I guess what I am asking here is tell your story if you have been effected anyway with cancer treatments after effects long term short term.

    I got my first treatment in 1998. I had melanoma cancer. I was painting a house and someone thought I had a roach on the back of my leg behind the knee. I asked him to knock it off for me and he could not. I looked at it and new right then it was a melanoma. I went to the doctor the next day. He sent me to a oncologist. The cancer was removed and the next week I was given treatments. Very little knowledge was known at that time about interferon. I was given extreme high dosages of it. The short term effects was immediately cold chills. I felt the treatment going into my veins. I guess they had not even determined the temperature to use. I lots balance, illucinated, extreme weakness, loss of memory, loss of focus, loss of direction,poor eyesight,bone aches, joint aches, constant sleepiness, coordination, slur of speech, loss of words, studdering, pluralsy, and the list goes on. When I came off the treatments I started getting better almost immediately however in about a year I noticed some of the same things were happening again except more severe. I developed breathing problems, and a brain syndrome problem where at time the synapses misfire and I have lapses of thought and speech. There are many more after effects but now I am totally disabled fighting the systems the best I can. Thanks for asking.
