Booking a Vacation...Which of these 3 destinations would you choose and why?

SO, I'm looking to book a vacay with my gf for Spring Break and we have it narrowed down to the following 3 choices:

1. Panama - Royal Decameron Resort

2. Riviera Maya - Riu Tequila

3. Los Cabos - Barcelo Los Cabos



We're young and looking for a lively environment, with warm weather, decent food and a nice beach. If you've been to any of the above destinations or can recommend an alternative, we'd appreciate your input. Thanks.

    been to panama, but as a soldier, and amazingly the facilities weren't all that great. but if you dont stay in a mudhole and have to keep yourself dry with a ponco and wipe off with a greasy rag, you should be ok
