Meaning of Review Copy

Hi There,

may be this is silly question from me . is there any body can explain to me what is the meaninng of "Review Copy"

surfing in here while taking on service people also asking for The Review Copy ..

pls tell me more since i have this question from many nubie ..

A review copy means you give someone a copy of your product/service in exchange for that person to review your product.

In reality, people requesting a review copy often just want to get it for free in exchange for giving you a good review.

However, if you were approaching a successful person for a joint venture, then you would/shoud offer them a free copy of your product for them to review, so they know what they will be selling.
