The one that gives me a signal in my house.
So far the Noika brand has been the most consistent.

Nokia 5800 rocks! It is the "ultimate iPhone killer" with video calling, message forwarding, sending SMS to multiple recipients, multimedia messages (MMS) and total voice control (never touch your phone for calling, texting, or emailing), and works seemlessly on wifi when there is weak or no cellular reception. Totally awesome!

    Alas the "Bag phone".
Since its demise the pomposity of hauling that around has made all techno equals.
    at least in appearances.
PLUS! it had much bigger balls to reach out.
    bigger watts and all.
Probably cause of lots of "Shrinkage" due to using it while it rested in guys in laps.

I love my old 1611 nokia heck you can send txt messages whit caps only so ppl always think you scream alot.
you can make a phone call inside a radiation bunker whit still full bars in reception
and if someone tries to rob you you smack them very carefully in the head whit it and i promise they wont bother you again (if they survive).
Also the weight reduces phone call lenghts to a minimum cheap bills

And yes i actually use a 1611 for my rare phone needs i make one call a month maybe lol

I'm still using a 3310! Other people refer to it as "John's retro phone" as if I'd dumped an iPhone to buy it -- but the truth is, I've had it for almost 10 years and I've never felt the need to change it!

My favourite phone of all time was my Nokia 8110 (below). Why did I "upgrade" it???

I have been a lifelong BlackBerry person. Recently switched to iPhone 4. It is awesome. It's my first iPhone. I waited so long because I prefer buttons to touch screen. However, the touch screen on the new iPhone 4 is superb.

I hear a lot of good things about the Android.

Because of my field of work i have access to a lot of mobile devices typically for testing purposes - for regular use as a phone to simply make calls - just give me a regular old school style flip phone! LOL Battery life cant be beaten, cheap, easy to fit in your pocket!

But for smartphone functionality - wow thats a toughie - Samsung S4... i like the size and the OS apps aren't bad either, if the screen was bigger on the iPhone5 i would probably go with that though battery life seems better than that of the Samsung and that Apps INMHO are better, currently though i just find the screen too small.

However with that said i recently got my hands on a new Nokia Windows 8 phone - it actually was a pretty nice phone, the OS felt good but i think the lack of Apps for it would prevent me from using it as a day to day phone.
