i hello i bought a product that backup by 100% Lifetime MoneyBack Guarantee. The product is way below my expectation it is not claim as advertise.. i would like to ask for a refund.. i emailed the customer support without reply, pm the author.. no reply...

i would like to ask if i post the problem in his WSO thread .. will i break warriorforum's TOS, i don't want to start a flame war

please share your experience how to handle this kind of problem ?

    I would post a polite message in the thread letting the seller know you're trying to reach them and they haven't responded. You don't necessarily have to mention the refund part in your post, just that you need to get ahold of them.

    yeah - that's the best strategy. you won't get deleted for bashing a paying WSO'r and they'll have an opportunity to save face and do the right thing for you. Sometimes even Warriors aren't able to respond to all emails within 24 or even 48 hours - it happens.
