I'm a newbie in internet marketing so that's why I'm asking this. Do I have a right to sell product for an example via Clickbank with Master Resell Rights?

Yes,

If you have the Master Resale Rights to a product, you can sell it too.

wait..you have the rights to put the product(s) up on CLICKBANK? I wouldn't be so sure about that. Can someone confirm this?

  I have resale rights to a product that specifically suggests you could put it on ClickBank.
  
  I'm not sure how CB feels about this, though.
