I have tried 4 time over the pass month to contact Brad Callen's Helpdesk
about a problem that I have with his LinkMetro system on my website.
After 3 requests and 2 phone calls, I finally received a e-mail from
Jim Smithers stating that he would have a programmer check it out that
was on Janurary 20, ten days ago.

I have been a good customer of Brad and Matt Callen for past 3 or 4 years.
It is a shame that when a customer need help, some people are too busy!
