I was thinking about him, today, and wondering if he's ok. I

Michael,

We're talking about Paul Uhl aka MYOB.

He had a nervous breakdown on the no-nonsense thread that caused it to be locked (maybe deleted???, haven't checked)

His responses were the ravings of a madman, totally out of charactor, that's why I'm concerned he may have suffered a stroke or equiv.

I sure hope he's alright...

And its just possible that when someone 'acts out of character'..that its really their character.

There is a difference between biting a hunk out of someone's butt because you're really stressed and 3-4 pages of posts that equate to throwing a temper tantrum because people aren't listening to your points of view or you dont like what is being said or have a personal axe to grind with someone on a forum.

go read the thread in question again. That doesnt read as someone 'stressed', it reads as someone who's immature trying to disrupt a thread started by someone he's got issue with.

Well he did one great job of freaking me out very badly - I don't wish badly for him though. Whatever was - it was very obvious he needed a rest, I hope he is getting it and that whatever was wrong he was able to contain damage to online. From what I saw it would be very scary to have that unleashed to the brick and mortar.

Another Warrior who is suddenly MIA is CDarklock.

Man some weeks back I decided to focus on product creation.

I now have a pile of half done books and a bigger pile of excellent ideas for books and posters.

But in the time that I have been focussed on content and product my marketing time has vaporized. I expect things to stay that way for at least a couple more weeks until I have one of these projects finished.

In the pipeline:

5 welding books fully written needing re-illustration, editing, typesetting & eventually translation.

Several fitness and bodybuilding books in various stages of completion.

A public domain martial arts book written in Chinese that requires translation & a little more content added and re-illustration.

In the skunk works:

A bunch of full color martial arts posters showing the acupuncture meridians in various poses.

Weight training anatomical posters.

  That would be misato. A guy playing a female character from an anime (?) series. In the series, Misato was a nasty little brat who specialized in throwing tantrums and making people's lives miserable.
