The Saints have been a problem this year - how do you cheer them on when Favre is a local hero here? It's been debated all season. Today's paper had the coolest first paragraph on the front page: Quote:

LOL...that's great Kay! As a matter of fact I just left a little cafe out here in the sticks in LA where I was just eating crawfish pie and talking to some local farmers those Saints... They're pretty excited over here! |

Hay it's their first trip to the superbowl, ever. I know when Tampa went I had to watch the game alone because my friends couldn't stand me  I know I'll be rooting for them. |

Local guy on the news last night - all 400 or so pounds of him. He's over the top about his new Saints Golf Cart. Some local dealer customized one a few weeks ago just as an attention getter in front of his shop - and it sold in an hour. Since then he's been making them as fast as he can and selling them as soon as they are customized. Football people are crazy, aren't they? |

Watching the video of "The Kick" with Jim Henderson calling it gives me goose bumps every time, can't get enough of it! "It's good, It's goood, Pigs have flown, Hell has frozen over, the Saints are going to the Superbowl." Sunday cannot get here soon enough! I've been waiting over 30 years to see the Saints make an appearance in the Super Bowl. I said I'd be content with an appearance, screw that, I want a win! Go Saints!!!!!!! |
