What a fun few hours!

I've just had an eventful few hours. One of my domains I bought a couple years ago for a project I'm working on expired. It looked like it someone else had bought it as Whois said it would expire in 2011.

Anyway after emailing the new owner several times and making contact with Sedo to buy my domain back for me, I checked an old email account I no longer use and found an email from Godaddy saying it had been automatically renewed!

Anyone know of any good domain management software?

I need to get more organised!

Wow, how did you miss all the emails godaddy sends about expiring domains? Were they all in the old gmail account?

They were all sent to an old Yahoo account I no longer use. I have another Godaddy acount with 5 or 6 domains which is where I thought it was and this account had just this one in. I have no idea why I made 2 Godaddy accounts in the first place. They were opened a couple years apart though.

It was a pretty stressful few hours. I think I'll just make a speadsheet to deal with all my domains and their expiry dates, etc.
