      You sure got that right.
      I saw him for the first time yesterday and all I can say is DAMN!
      One of the announcers was saying that he invents the moves that others copy so they can compete.

      In other news we won gold and silver in womens downhill and gold in one of the speed skating events. In fact the US is winning the medal race so far.

    Yeah dude, if you watch the event again, watch how all the rest of he competitors carve after they leave the gate and before they enter the pipe to slow themselves down. Then watch shaun...he gets out of the gate and goes straight to the pipe, no carving, no slowing, and THATS how you get the gigantic air he gets.

    Absolutely ridiculous, still get the shivers.

    And yeah U...S..A.......games have been fun so far, cant wait for more!

    White did awesome. So did Lindsey Von or however you spell it.

    I was a little disappointed in the Jacobellis girl though. I thought after the last games that she would do very well but she fell at the start of the run.

    Hockey has been great to watch too. I also found myself watching curling the other day and that kind of made me a little depressed..lol

    Yeah Jacobellis was boarding real well, just launched off the first jump wrong and may have come down in a rut, apparently the weather didnt help the course at all.

    If she would have landed that, would have been an easy walk into the finals. Oh well, shes still cool!

      I did notice that with Shaun.
      The others would enter the pipe near the top while he was getting air first.

      mktgpro21202 I thought the curling was pretty good what I saw of it.
      For some reason I enjoy watching curling even though I know little about it.

    Lindsey Vonn is a local Colorado kid and if she can stay healthy (she's hurt pretty bad right now) will end up as the USA's greatest female skier of all time, and quite possibly the World's best female skier of all time. She's an incredeible athlete with a unbelievable work ethic.

    And Shaun White is not only a remarkable athlete, he's a great kid as well. It makes it easy to root for that guy.

      Did you see her downhill run Kurt?
      First she was using men's ski's. Not an easy task for female skiers.
      Then she favored her leg all the way down.
      So basically she did better then almost everyone else, on one ski.
      She is truly incredible, to bad she fell in the super-combined today

    Yeah, Lindsey Von pretty much finished the last leg of the run after the last jump with almost all her weight on one ski...fricken insane

    And Shaun White, yes hes a great kdi from what Ive heard. Donates a lot to charities and stuff, pretty respectable and a good thing for a sport that always gets a bad rep.
