Heres a short clip of me doing 396 pound squats or (180kg for us Aussies - 4 plates a side) at the gym tonight.

I often step out of the squat rack and think .."After this, Internet Marketing should be a walk in the park.."

At the risk of being a dissenter, you need to go down lower and take the weight belt off. Squatting is more about the core muscles being developed than just the legs/butt.

Otherwise, that's a chunk of weight, how do you weigh personally?

yeah I do not see why anyone would want to lift really heavy weights..... It's about fitness not bulking up. Not dissing you...it's a personal choice but lean and fit looks much better than bulked out I.M.H.O. Do you run? Skip...etc? Can you do it?

I have seen some Gorillas in gyms lift heavy wieghts then struggle to do a 5 minute run.....not good. And they look awful. The big bulk of the 70's/80's was replaced my lean and fitness. It looks better and is healthier.

I thought I was fairly fit until I stated doing weekly circuit training with an ex army guy....no weights but frigg is it hard work...oh and the women who go.....WOW! :-)

    Each to his own.

I weigh 115kg, not sure what that is in pounds.

I spent 23 years of my life being skinny. Yeah my cardio was awesome but I hated the look. Im much happier now being heavier.

Sure I might ditch some weight later in life as I get older, but in the meantime I have no interest in "leaning up" -- especially when I started at 9 stone - 6 foot 2
