Getting rid of the new google vertical left tab
Hi guys if you are using Google as your search engine you may notice that in their infinite wisdom they have created a split screen feature with a vertical left tab/column. Personally I find this cumbersome if you do too here is how to remove it. (based on a Firefox Browser)
1) With your browser open click tools and select options.
- You should be in the general menu now that allows you to stipulate your Homepage
2) Now set your home page as "http://www.google.com/webhp?rls=ig" then click ok
3) Restart your browser.
No more clutter, forced format & irritating waste of space.
