I have a terrible headache and I need to relieve it so you got any cures?

    Pressure points and anti-inflammatorys always work for me!

    Pressure points work for me as well, however, it is the specific pressure point located between your thumb and first finger. It hurts to press, yet I hold this for 15 seconds and it often relieves my headache.

    First, you might have too much stress in your life. Find ways to organize things in your life to make them more simple. Second, if you drink caffeinated coffee, it would be a good idea to lay off of it in the mornings. It is good for headaches that get worse and turn into tension headaches. Don't worry about daily activities as much. Take one step at a time each day. Have a good mental attitude and try not to focus on how much it is a problem. A positive mental attitude is a cure to many small temporary mental illnesses.
