I try not to have snacks that will mess up my keyboard to much. I have found crunchy stuff in my keyboard more than once

I like fruit these days, I know that that's boring but having a big plate of any seasonal fruit is heaven for me

2 Big Macs, Super Sized Fries, and a Large Coke!
Then I try to burn it some of it off with 45 minutes of intense running and rowing machines.
Regardless, the feeling of eating a Big Mac is pure pleasure but also a feeling of death at the same time.

Snacking is not good .... anything that is in between meals...However Fruits can be healthy snack option.

My new firm favourite is Chocolate Nibs. They're an acquired taste but they're power packed with every goodness (a lot of goodness anyway), aren't messed up with sugar, and keep you going fantastically. They save me money on chocky biscuits, and the ones I get are organic to boot. Can't go far wrong there.
